Is ShopOS really free?
Yes, during launch. Hosting is free on Cloudflare's free plan, and setup through SkyVisible is free. If we add paid plans later, stores that are already running keep working.
What is the difference between the demo and my store?
The demo has sample products, a read-only admin and no real orders, and it's hidden from Google. Your store is private, saves everything, takes real orders and payments, and is indexed for SEO.
Who owns my store and data?
You do. The store, database and media storage are created in your own Cloudflare account.
Do I need a domain?
No, your store can start on a free address. Connect your own domain any time. Business email needs your own domain.
How does the free business email work?
Cloudflare Email Routing forwards mail sent to you@yourbrand.com to your Gmail or any inbox, free. Your store sends order emails through Brevo's free plan (300 a day) or Resend.
How do I get the Android app (APK)?
Once your store is live, ask us on WhatsApp or by email. We package your store as an Android app at no cost.
